• Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may be chargeable to the client as specified in the rental agreement
• Equipment must be returned, or made available for collection, at the end of the agreed rental term
• Maintenance and swap support during the rental period are provided as described in the relevant service pages and confirmed in the rental agreement
